The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great view overlooking the canal and bustling streets. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast provided is a great way to start the day, with a variety of delicious options available.

One downside is that the hotel does not provide air conditioning during the summer season, which can make the rooms quite warm and uncomfortable.

Our room had the most very nice view over a small bridge and the piazza, it was like we were part of the beautiful pocket of Venice. The hotel's traditional decor and tasteful art pieces created a luxurious and opulent atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious and served in a beautiful dining area. The staff, especially Vera, provided excellent service and warm greetings. The location was perfect, close to the Grand Canal and the vaporetto stop. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, directly on a small canal and close enough to all the major sites that I could easily walk to them, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The hotel facilities were perfect, with beautifully decorated rooms that were spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and were really good too make my stay enjoyable. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a great selection and unlimited servings.
